I have been working in IT now for around 7 years. It was during my sandwich year placement I realised my passion for system administration, and upon graduation started looking for positions within that field. I started at a level 1-2 support technician role working up to network manager after 3 years. I now work as an Infrastructure and Informations Systems Engineer in a large and geographically dispersed environment, supporting windows server in a hyper-v and SAN environment.
In that time I have often searched the internet for solutions to problems, many of which have been blogs. I have decided to publish the fixes I have used and adapted, to not only document my solutions for future reference, but also to provide colleagues in the technical community with another source of information.
